In 18th Feb., the QA dept., Mr. Ida, the Purchasing dept. director of Toyota motor corporation Mr.Wa sukoshi nagai, Nagata sangy Exclusive , the consultant Mr. Bigguban yori , the director Mr.Yamashida and  the director Mr. Ogawa of EK company and Mr. Jin Yamaguchi tegami of Asianpat company together made the engineering supervison for the leaf chains manufactured by Donghua. The relative departments such as the driving chain business division, inspection dept. and sales dept all assigned the responsible staff to attend this reception all the way. 

    According to the relative supervision requirements, firstly the supervision team inspected the products manufacturing process and then investigated all relative documents. From the chain plate punching, pin cutting, parts rolling, heat treatment process, connecting link assembly, inspection ,  oiling&packaging and Donghua inspection ability ect., Toyota QA staff checked every step and asked many questions, especially EK company inspected the  factory workshops and the supervision staff already had a fully detailed acquaintance from the chain connection to the final oiling&packaging whole process. 

   After one-day supervision, the QA director of Toyota motor corporation commented that Donghua has a good quality control management from raw material incoming to the process manufacturing and final products inspection and its reliable but there are still some items needed to be corrected and he hoped Donghua would improve them in time.Besides Toyota U.S and Toyota India are considering the cooperation with Donghua and because their competitor is R company,so the products quality is key item. This time we found some items such as products lot management,job qualification, visual inspection etc.. still needed to be improved and Donghua should submit the improvement plan and documents asap.

    All in all,this engineering supervision makes Japanese experts feel that Donghua products are reliable which already makes the solid base for its leaf chains entering Toyota U.S and Toyota India.
